A select few items in our lineup are “Made-To-Order”. These pieces are custom embroidered by our team after your order is placed and require extra time to be prepared before they ship out.
What does that mean for your order? If you picked something from our “Made-To-Order” collection, we will custom stitch it just for you before sending it out. This embroidery process takes about 8-10 business days, so we appreciate your patience as we get it just right for you.
Does that time include shipping? Not quite – it is in addition to it. Normally, we fulfill orders within 1-2 business days before the shipping method kicks in. For Made-To-Order items, it’ll be 8-10 business days before the shipping method begins. Once your order ships, we’ll send a confirmation email with tracking details to follow along.
What items fall into this category? Most of our Collegiate styles included in the Gameday Collection. The lineup may change from time to time, but don’t worry: if your item qualifies, you’ll see a disclaimer in the product description, at checkout, and in your order confirmation email.
What if I ordered both Made-To-Order and regular items? Great question! If your order contains both regular and Made-To-Order pieces, we’ll ship everything together once the embroidered items are ready, usually within 8-10 business days.*
Can I expedite my order? Totally, just choose Next Day or 2-Day shipping at checkout if you’re in a rush. Once your embroidered item is ready (after the 8-10 business day window), it’ll ship with the method you selected. **
Can I cancel the order after the embroidery process in is place? No, sadly once the process is started, we are unable to help with cancellation requests.
*If your order includes items from different fulfillment centers, they might out ship separately.
**Heads up: We can’t speed up the embroidery process itself, but we can make sure it gets to you quickly once finished with one of the shipping methods mentioned above.
