Chili's Golf Club x Rhoback Triple Dipper® Giveaway Official Rules 

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A purchase will not increase your chances of winning. The Chili's Golf Club x Rhoback Triple Dipper® Giveaway (the “Sweepstakes”) shall begin on 8/25/2026, at 9:00 am ET and shall end on 9/16/2026, at 11:59 pm ET (the “Promotion Period”). The entry deadline is 9/16/2026, at 11:59 pm ET. 

1. Eligibility 

The Sweepstakes is open to individuals who (a) are legal residents of the United States and whose primary legal residence is in the District of Columbia or in any of the fifty states of the United States, except for individuals whose primary legal residence is in the states of Rhode Island, Hawaii, Alaska, the U.S. territories, or other areas where prohibited, (b) are aged twenty-one (21) years or older as of the date of entry, and (c) have an active email account, Internet access, and a valid Social Security Number. 

Employees of Rhoback, Inc. (“Rhoback” or “Sponsor”), Brinker International Payroll Company, L.P. (“Chili’s”), and their respective affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising, promotion, fulfillment or other coordinating agencies, individuals providing services to Sponsor or Chili’s through an outsourcer or temporary employment agency during the Promotion Period, and their respective immediate family members and persons living in their same household, are not eligible to participate in the Sweepstakes. 

Participation in the Sweepstakes constitutes an individual’s full and unconditional agreement to and acceptance of these Chili's Golf Club x Rhoback Triple Dipper® Giveaway Official Rules (“Official Rules”). VOID WHERE PROHIBITED. 

2. How to Enter 

Sponsor will not be responsible for any charges or expenses incurred by entrants in connection with participation in the Sweepstakes. 

Entry Method: Sign Up For Email Newsletter & Text Messages (No Purchase Required, Message and Data Rates May Apply): Eligible entrants who sign up to receive Sponsor’s email newsletter AND text messages at https://rhoback.com/pages/chilis-golf-club-x-rhoback-triple-dipper-giveaway OR via a Meta Lead Form during the Promotion Period will earn one (1) entry into the Sweepstakes. 

IMPORTANT: By entering this Sweepstakes, you acknowledge and agree that your name and email address will be shared with Chili’s for its own marketing purposes, and that your name, email address, and contact information will be used by Sponsor for its marketing purposes. You will be automatically subscribed to marketing communications from Sponsor and may receive marketing communications from Chili’s. Your telephone number will not be shared with Chili’s. 

If you were already signed up to receive Sponsor’s email newsletter AND text messages before the Promotion Period, you may receive an entry using this method by submitting an online form provided by Sponsor to opt-in to the Sweepstakes. 

Entrants using this entry method must provide a valid email address and a valid phone number capable of receiving text messages. If you elect to enter the Sweepstakes using this entry method, you agree to receive Sponsor’s email newsletter AND text messages until 11:59 pm ET on 9/18/2026, but you may unsubscribe anytime thereafter. If you unsubscribe before then, you will not be eligible to receive an entry into the Sweepstakes using this entry method. 

In order to complete the sign-up to receive Sponsor’s text messages, you must send a reply text message of “YES” to the initial text message sent by the Sponsor. You may only receive a maximum of one (1) entry for this entry method. Any attempt by any person to obtain more than one (1) entry using this method of entry, e.g., by use of aliases and/or alternative email addresses or phone numbers, or any other method, will void all of that person’s entries and that person will be disqualified from participating in this Sweepstakes. 

IMPORTANT INFORMATION REGARDING TEXTS: Message and data rates may apply for each text message sent or received, and normal phone/usage/subscription access charges imposed by your phone service provider will apply. You are responsible for all such charges. Check with your wireless service provider for details on these and other applicable charges. Not all telephone providers carry the service necessary to participate. You should consult your phone service provider’s pricing plans. 

By responding “YES” to the initial text sent by the Sponsor, you provide to the Sponsor your express consent to receive text messages using automated technology. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of any purchase and is not required to participate in the Sweepstakes. You may, at any time, choose to stop receiving texts by sending an opt-out text message stating “STOP”. If you send an opt-out text message, you will be sent a reply text message, which will confirm that you have been unsubscribed and will receive no further text messages. For help, text the word “HELP” to the number from which you receive the initial text message. 

3. Prize Drawing 

All Sweepstakes entries meeting the requirements of these Official Rules will be entered into a prize drawing held starting at 1:00 pm ET on 9/17/2026. The winner will be selected in a random drawing from among all eligible entries received during the Promotion Period. The odds of being selected depend on the number of entries received. 

4. Prize 

The prize to be awarded from the Sweepstakes is one (1) grand prize consisting of the following (the “Prize”): 

One (1) winner will receive: 

A. The Chili's x Rhoback Collection, consisting of one (1) unit of each of the following items, in the winner’s selected size where applicable and subject to availability:

  • One (1) Golf Club Poly Hat (White), one size (estimated retail value: $54)
  • One (1) Golf Club Retro Rope Hat (White), one size (estimated retail value: $54)
  • One (1) Golf Club Poly Hat (Titanic), one size (estimated retail value: $54)
  • One (1) Horizon Block Performance Q-Zip (Bright Red/Fleet Navy), sizes S–3XL (estimated retail value: $158)
  • One (1) Solid Performance Q-Zip – Men’s, Chili’s Quick Turn with left chest embroidery (Fleet Navy) (estimated retail value: $154)
  • One (1) Solid Performance Polo, Chili’s Quick Turn with left chest embroidery (White) (estimated retail value: $125)
  • One (1) Ready Crewneck, Chili’s Quick Turn with left chest embroidery (Heather Ivory) (estimated retail value: $135)
  • One (1) Solid Performance Q-Zip – Women’s, Chili’s Quick Turn with left chest embroidery (Fleet Navy) (estimated retail value: $118)
  • One (1) Serenity Half-Zip – Women’s, with Chili’s Golf Club embroidery (Heather Ivory), sizes XS–XXL (estimated retail value: $140)

Total estimated retail value of the Collection: $1,626. 

B. Gift Cards: 

  • One (1) $1,000 Rhoback gift card, redeemable for Rhoback merchandise at rhoback.com (estimated retail value: $1,000)
  • One (1) Chili’s gift card in the amount of $1,100, awarded in connection with the “Free Triple Dippers® for a Year” promotion (estimated retail value: $1,100)

The total estimated retail value of the Prize is approximately $3,726. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute the prize, or any part thereof, with another prize of equal or greater value if the prize, or any part thereof, is not available. If a selected size is unavailable at the time the Prize is fulfilled, Sponsor may substitute an alternate size or an item of equal or greater value. No cash equivalent or prize transfer is permitted, except at Sponsor’s sole discretion. 

Gift cards: The “Free Triple Dippers® for a Year” element of the Prize is awarded solely as the $1,100 Chili’s gift card described above. The gift card is redeemable for any menu items at participating Chili’s locations and is not limited to Triple Dipper® purchases. The Prize does not include, and is not a guarantee of, any specific quantity of Triple Dipper® orders or any other specific menu item. All gift cards are subject to the terms, conditions, and expiration policies of their respective issuers, which are available from the issuer. The Chili's gift card is issued by a third party and is not issued, administered, or guaranteed by Sponsor. Sponsor is not responsible for any act or omission of the gift card issuer, including any failure or refusal to honor the card, and is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged gift cards after delivery to the winner. The Chili's gift card may only be redeemed at participating locations and is subject to all applicable laws, including those governing the sale of alcoholic beverages. The Chili’s gift card may not be used to purchase alcoholic beverages by any person under the legal drinking age in the applicable jurisdiction. 

The value of the Prize is taxable as income and the winner will receive an IRS Form 1099 (or its equivalent) from Sponsor for the total value of the Prize awarded as stated herein. 

All expenses and incidentals not specifically identified above are not included as part of the Prize and are solely the winner’s responsibility, including, but not limited to: transportation (to and from Chili's restaurants), expenses for any other person(s) dining with the winner, any amounts exceeding the value of the gift cards, gratuities, alcohol, taxes, and service charges as well as all other personal expenses. 

5. Notification of Winner 

The winner will be notified by email within one (1) business day after the prize drawing is completed. In order to claim the prize, the winner must, within five (5) business days of notification of being selected in the prize drawing, sign and return to Sponsor (a) a completed and signed IRS Form W-9, and (b) a completed and signed Declaration of Eligibility and Release (in a form specified and provided by Sponsor). Notarization is not required. 

If a selected winner cannot be contacted, is ineligible, fails to claim a prize, or if the IRS Form W-9 or Declaration of Eligibility and Release are not timely received, are not signed by the entrant, or are incomplete or modified, the prize may be forfeited and an alternate winner selected from remaining valid, eligible entries submitted. 

In the event of a dispute regarding who submitted an entry, the entry will be deemed submitted by the authorized account holder of the email account specified in the entry. “Authorized account holder” is defined as the natural person who is assigned to an email address by an Internet access provider, online service provider, or other organization (e.g., business, educational institution, etc.) that is responsible for assigning email addresses for the domain associated with the submitted email addresses. Sponsor shall determine the authorized account holder in its sole discretion, and Sponsor’s determination shall be final and binding. 

6. General Rules 

By entering the Sweepstakes, you agree to be bound by these Official Rules. The Sweepstakes is offered by Sponsor, who is not responsible for (i) late, delayed, incomplete, illegible, misdirected or undeliverable entries, responses, or other correspondence, whether by email or postal mail or otherwise; (ii) theft, destruction, unauthorized access to or alterations of entry materials; or (iii) phone, electrical, network, computer, hardware, software program or transmission malfunctions, failures or difficulties. 

By entering the Sweepstakes, you further agree to release, indemnify, defend and hold harmless Sponsor, Chili’s, and their respective parents, affiliates, subsidiaries, directors, officers, employees, contractors, attorneys and agents, including advertising and promotion agencies, and assigns, and any other organizations related to the Sweepstakes (collectively, the “Released Parties”), from and against any and all claims, injuries, damages, expenses, or losses to person or property and/or liabilities of any nature that in any way arise from participation in this Sweepstakes or acceptance or use of a prize or parts thereof, including, without limitation, (i) any condition caused by events beyond Sponsor’s control that may cause the Sweepstakes to be disrupted or corrupted; (ii) any injuries, losses, or damages (compensatory, direct, incidental, consequential or otherwise) of any kind arising in connection with or as a result of the prize, or acceptance, possession, or use of the prize, or from participation in the Sweepstakes; and (iii) any printing or typographical errors in any materials associated with the Sweepstakes. 

You agree to be bound by these Official Rules, and Sponsor’s decisions in all respects relative to any entrant are final and non-appealable. IN NO EVENT WILL SPONSOR, CHILI’S, OR ANY RELEASED PARTIES BE LIABLE TO YOU OR ANY OTHER PERSON FOR ANY DIRECT, SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL, EXEMPLARY, PUNITIVE OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES (INCLUDING LOSS OF USE, DATA, BUSINESS, OR PROFITS) ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR PARTICIPATION IN THE SWEEPSTAKES OR USE OF THE PRIZE (OR ANY PART THEREOF), WHETHER SUCH LIABILITY ARISES FROM ANY CLAIM BASED UPON CONTRACT, WARRANTY, TORT (INCLUDING NEGLIGENCE), STRICT LIABILITY, OR OTHERWISE, AND WHETHER OR NOT SPONSOR, ANY RELEASED PARTIES, OR ANY OTHER PERSON HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH LOSS OR DAMAGE. Some jurisdictions do not allow the limitation or exclusion of liability for such damages, so the above limitation or exclusion may not apply to you. 

7. Additional Conditions 

Except where prohibited by law, by participating in the Sweepstakes and/or winning the prize, you consent to the use of your name, photo, likeness, biographical information, entries, and statements attributed to you for commercial, marketing, advertising, and promotional purposes, including without limitation, inclusion in Sponsor’s and Chili’s newsletters, social media pages, and their respective websites, without any compensation or notice. 

All entries become property of Sponsor and none will be acknowledged or returned. Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel, modify, or suspend the Sweepstakes in whole or in part, in the event of fraud, technical or other difficulties, or if the integrity of the Sweepstakes is compromised, without liability to you or any other person. 

Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any entrant or winner in the event that the Sponsor determines, in its sole and absolute discretion, that such disqualification is appropriate or required by law. The Sweepstakes is subject to these Official Rules and all applicable federal, state, and local laws, rules and regulations. As stated above, the Sweepstakes is void where prohibited or restricted by law. 

By participating in the Sweepstakes, you acknowledge that you have read these Official Rules and agree to abide by them and by the decisions of Sponsor authorized herein, which are final and binding on all matters pertaining to the Sweepstakes. These Official Rules and the Sweepstakes will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia and the applicable federal laws of the United States, without regards to the conflict of law and choice of law rules or provisions of any jurisdiction. Any and all claims and disputes arising out of, or relating to, this Agreement, or the performance or non-performance by either party of any of its obligations hereunder will be commenced and maintained only in a state or federal court of competent subject matter jurisdiction situated or located in Albemarle County, Virginia or Charlottesville, Virginia and any applicable appellate court therefrom. You and Sponsor both consent to the exclusive personal jurisdiction of and venue in any such court. 

8. Personal Information 

Sponsor may collect personal data about entrants online, in accordance with its Privacy Policy and as may be more specifically set forth in these Official Rules. Please review these Official Rules and Sponsor’s Privacy Policy (https://support.rhoback.com/en-US/privacy-policy-326169). 

By participating in the Sweepstakes, you hereby agree to Sponsor’s collection and use of your personal information and acknowledge that you have read and accepted these Official Rules and Sponsor’s Privacy Policy. 

You consent to your name, email address, and contact information being used by Sponsor for its own direct marketing purposes, and to your name and email address being shared with Chili’s for Chili’s own direct marketing purposes. Your personal information shared with Chili’s is subject to the Chili’s Privacy Policy (located at: https://brinker.com/privacy). Your telephone number will not be shared with Chili’s. You acknowledge and agree that Sponsor is not responsible for any acts or omissions of Chili’s. 

9. Winner's List, Official Rules

10. Sponsor 

The Sponsor of the Sweepstakes is Rhoback, Inc., 1835 Broadway Street, Floor 3, Charlottesville, VA 22902, United States. Rhoback, Inc. is the sole sponsor and administrator of the Sweepstakes. 

CHILI'S®, CHILI'S GOLF CLUB, TRIPLE DIPPER®, and related marks are used under license from Brinker International Payroll Company, L.P. Rhoback, Inc. is solely responsible for the administration of this Sweepstakes, including the selection of the winner and the awarding of the Prize. 

This Sweepstakes is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with Meta (Facebook & Instagram), X, YouTube, Pinterest, LinkedIn, Microsoft, or Google. You understand that you are providing your information to the owner of this giveaway and not to Meta (Facebook & Instagram), X, YouTube, Pinterest, LinkedIn, Microsoft, or Google.
