How to Measure: 

Chest: Wrap the measuring tape around the fullest part of your chest – under the armpits and over the shoulder blades. Make sure the tape is flat across your body, horizontal to the ground, and not too tight. 

Waist: Wrap a measuring tape around the smallest part of your waist, which is usually at or just above your belly button, where your body bends side to side. Make sure the tape is flat across your body, horizontal to the ground, and not too tight.  

Hip: Standing with feet hip width apart, wrap the measuring tape around the widest part of your hips, keeping the tape flat and horizontal to the ground.

Inseam: Standing with straight legs and no shoes on, measure the inside length of your leg from the groin to the ankle bone. Ensure the tape is straight and measure both leg inseams and take the average.
