When will I get my refund?Updated a month ago

Once your items are received by our Returns team, it can take up to 5-7 business days to process your return and issue a refund or exchange.

Requested store credit or an exchange?

Once your return package has been received and inspected, you'll receive a confirmation email for your exchange. You’ll also receive an email with a new tracking confirmation as soon as your new order ships out. If the item you requested as an exchange goes out of stock before your return is processed, your original payment method will automatically be refunded. If you opted for store credit, you’ll receive an email with a digital gift card to use towards your next purchase.

Requested a refund?

We’ll process your return once we receive the original items. You’ll receive an email confirmation letting you know that the process is complete.
