Prefer to return or exchange in person? You’re welcome to bring your online order to our Charlottesville, VA store at 2124 Barracks Rd! Just bring your Order Number and the email used at checkout. You can find your order number in your order confirmation email.

Just a heads up: our online return policy still applies, so items must be returned within 30 days of delivery (or 60 days for holiday purchases made November 1st – December 25th), unworn, unwashed, in original packaging with original tags attached. You can read more on our return policy here.
